We had a very late check-in but the booking agent was courteous enough to accommodate that and had someone to show us around the property so we wouldn't have to figure out anything that we might need later at night. We booked two apartments and we’re offered the penthouse as well as a small apartment which was great. We had never stayed in an apartment like that before and we all throughly enjoyed it. The staff were very helpful and were available anytime of the day or night. It’s also very secure so you feel very safe.
